Apple suing Samsung opens up Pandora’s Box. Gives them a window to sue any other company they see infringes on their copyrights (in their minds). This could eventually lead in a drop off in the market where other companies would suffer so much that they would be forced to shut down operations in certain sectors. It would give them the window to open up all hell and sue the shit out of Microsoft too. With this worst case scenario, Apple would eventually become a monopoly in the cellphone game and even the tablet game. Jacking up prices to the max because they can. This can only be bad for the consumer.
